Step by Step instructions for deploying Cockpit to Azure Web App

Are there any step-by-step instructions for deploying Cockpit CMS to a Azure Web App instance? I have been unable to find any. I did find a working set for deploying to a Azure-hosted Ubuntu instance, but I would like to do this in a serverless manner, if possible.

Iā€™m trying to figure this out as well ā€“ Azure App Service meets all of the listed requirements for Cockpit, but Iā€™m unable to load the install page.
