I created a localised Next.js boilerplate some time ago and updated it to Cockpit V2 and Next.js 13. (on branch cockpit-v2)
I will update the ReadMe with an installation&config guide soon.
If anyone is looking for a simple website setup with Next.js, Typescript, Sass and multilingual capability, feel free to try it out and leave feedback.
