Hey @cdwmhcc, I think your question lacks further details and maybe the reason for lack of responses…
In such case, you can have a collection with the “Custom sortable entries” active, and then you can nest your entries in multiple levels. When fetching via the API you’ll have the same nested array (children index).
Regarding exposing the api key, believe that question was already answered here, it depends on your needs, you can have many api keys (the master should be always not visible in the FE). For your scenario it seems you only need your collection to be public.
