API: Permission for Auth0 Accounts to create new posts in Collection

Hello,
How exactly can I understand the Auth0 Addon for Cockpit?
I would like to only allow logged in Auth0 accounts in my application (VUEJS) to create new posts in a collection via the API. Is that possible?
