# Whats different Select asset or image

I am not understand the different works when select an asset or image.  
i have very great problem whit inconsistent data in cockpit. : (

I have been able to isolate the first error in cocpit.  
in the file **coponents.js** at **riot.tag2(‘field-image’** in the function **this.$updateValue = function(value, field, force)**  
the meta data in value is not passed, as is done somewhat in riot.tag2(‘field-asset’.

So for now the main error is the missing meta data.

I have also already checked if in the **images/assets** this data is  
are captured. When uploading images, the metadata seems to be created correctly.

Unfortunately, I am not quite fin ind Javascript and riot and struggle laboriously through the code.
