# Login problems: username and password are not recognized

I can’t log in anymore. I configured mongoDb after installing cockpit and configuring username and password. Is it possible that by configuring mongo db, the login credentials are no longer available?

How could I recover them? If I reinstall cockpit, would I lose all the collections that I had inserted in the meantime?

Thanks to anyone who can help me.

What do you mean by you’ve configured MongoDB AFTER installing Cockpit?

Sorry for not answering you.

I had to reinstall with mongoDB settings and everything started again.
