# GraphQL get user

With the GraphQL API we should have the option to find user details, I see there was an option for the REST API in [this thread](https://discourse.getcockpit.com/t/get-a-specific-user-instead-of-all-the-user-in-get-request/2116), but I see no option in GraphQL. We also need to get user data from model/item’s \_mby and \_cby. Is there any way to do this currently? Thanks!
